Excellent condition 1940s floral seersucker smock jacket with gorgeous original vintage buttons at placket and cuffs. One front patch pocket. Fraying at sleeve cuffs but otherwise in excellent wearable vintage condition. Lightweight enough to wear and tie as a blouse!
